Hello Lovelies!

Today I thought I would share with you my spring wishlist. I am loving all of the pastel shades that are in the shops at the moment, and I am looking for some cute hair accessories since I have had my hair cut shorter (I was so brave!). Also I need the MAC Cinderella palette in my life :')

I hope you enjoyed this post, let me know in the comments what is on your spring wishlist..

Making Changes

Credit

Welcome Back Lovelies!
Well I don't really know where to begin, the last time I blogged was in October! If you read that I was going on about getting back into a routine after starting Uni and trying to adapt to a new schedule, but to be honest I am only really settling down. I had exams just after Christmas, and leading up to them I was really stressed out. I have taken many exams in my life, but I have never been that nervous before (and I took my driving test 4 times so that's saying something -.-) now I know what to expect I am starting to really enjoy Uni. Since I am now on top of my work I would like to get back into one of my favourite things - my blog.

At the start of the new year I made quite a few changes in my life. I have always been self-conscious about my body and weight, so I decided it was time to stop procrastinating and actually do something about it. To kick start my journey to a healthier me, I have been following the Bootea plan and I am loving the results. For those of you who don't know, Bootea is a teatox involving one daytime tea, which gives you a boost of energy, and a night time tea which is drunk every second night which has a laxative effect (cleansing the system). I can definitely see a difference, so far I have lost half a stone and my stomach is looking a lot less bloated.

My diet habits have also changed. I will openly admit I was a person who didn't eat enough fruit/veggies, didn't drink enough water and ate too many bags of crisps. Recently I have been really thinking about what goes into my body, the Bootea eating plan has helped me make the right choices as I have cut out all that junk food. I thought I would crave it, but after pushing through those first few days it doesn't even cross my mind.

Another change I have made is making the time to exercise, when I was younger I was pretty activity, but once I left school and dance classes I became a real couch potato! Aswell as jogging I recently came across the Blogilates YouTube channel, which I am really loving. It is run by Cassey Ho who is the most amazing person, every month she puts together a fitness plan which is completely free, all you have to do is sign up to her emails to get the code to unlock it. The videos are fun and easy to follow so now I look forward to exercising! If you are looking for an easy way to exercise at home I would really recommend you try Blogilates out:

I hope you guys enjoyed this post! I am really getting into this whole healthy lifestyle thing :') I was thinking if there are other beauty bloggers out there interested in health and fitness I could create some sort of little community for us to encourage each other and share our feelings/progression/recipes. Maybe I could make a google+ community? If you think this is a good idea and would like to get involved let me know in the comments!

October Favourites!

Hi Lovelies!
Firs of all I want to apologize for the lack of posts, I have been really busy with Uni work and I haven't had any free time. I love blogging so hopefully now I am getting into the swing of my new routine I will find time to do what I enjoy.

So here are my October favourites ...

1. Bourjois Colour Boost Lip Crayon - 04 Peach on The Beach
I have been loving this lip crayon this month, it's a lovely pinky colour and is perfect for a daytime look. It claims to last for 10 hours, I don't think I agree with that claim, but it does last a good while before you need to re-apply, and it I find it really moisturizing which is great as I have had really dry lips.

2. Maybelline Go Colossal Go Extreme Mascara - Leather Black
I am in love with this mascara! I think I like it more than Rimmel's Lash Accelerator - now that's saying something :') The brush is pretty big so it really covers each lash, but it doesn't clump and it's really long lasting.

3. Avon Ideal Luminous Blush - Russet
This blush from Avon is something I have been wearing everyday in October. Russet is a warmer pink/red shade which I think is a perfect autumnal colour. You only have to use a small amount as it is really pigmented.

4. Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water
After reading so many good reviews I decided to by this micellar cleansing water and I have been really impressed. It removes makeup well and leaves your skin feeling nice and refreshed. It's great as well for when you're feeling lazy and can't be bothered going through a full skin care routine :')

I usually include a song of the month at the end of my faves post, but today as I haven't posted in a while I thought I would make it up to you guys by creating an October playlist. It contains songs I have enjoyed listening to this month, some new songs, some old songs, and a few of my all time favourites, so I hope you enjoy it :)

Let me know in the comments what you guys have been loving this month, and what you have been listening to!

New Montagne Jeunnesse Mask Review

Hello Lovelies!
Sorry for the lack of posts, I have been super busy with starting uni and getting used to my new routine. So for today's post I thought I would ease back into things with a quick review of the new Montagne Jeunnesse Dragon Fruit Sauna Mask.

I am a face mask lover for sure, and I especially love the Montagne Jeunnesse masks. They are super affordable and a great way to relax and pamper yourself. My all time faves are Blemish Mud and Passion Peel Off, so I was excited to try out one from their new range.

I picked up Dragon Fruit Sauna at Wilko's and they haven't let me down! The mask smells so fresh and delicious, I wouldn't eat it though, I got some on my lips and I don't know why but I licked them and it didn't taste so good :') The heating aspect was nice too, it was very relaxing and really opened up the pores to get rid of any oil and dirt, so my face was left feeling extra clean.

Overall this is another great mask from Montagne Jeunnesse, and for £1 each they are a real bargain.

Thanks for reading guys. Be sure to let me know what your favourite face mask is in the comments and maybe tweet me a selfie of you wearing a face mask @SherbetLemons96 :)

My Top 5 Perfumes

Hello Lovelies!
Perfume is something I can't leave the house without wearing and I have quite a large perfume collection, so for today's post I thought I would share with you guys my top 5 perfumes.

5. Jimmy Choo
I really like this perfume, it has quite a woody/gingery smell and is perfect for wearing in the evening as it is quite a heavy scent. I also love the bottle, it looks very nice sat on my shelf.

4. Wonderstruck by Taylor Swift
I love a good celebrity fragrance, and wonderstruck is perfect. This is a great day time fragrance, it smells really sweet and fruity and is very girly. I wore this a lot during college, I think this is my 3rd bottle :')

3. Emporio Armani Diamonds Rose
This is a really fresh perfume and I think it's good for both daytime and night time as it's not overly fruity, it is quite floral. Again I love the bottle, it has a diamond pattern all the way around, just like the original diamonds perfume, but this bottle has a pretty pink tint to it.

2. Taylor by Taylor Swift
Taylor is faring well in my countdown as another one of her fragrances has made it into my top 5. Like Wonderstruck, this is another fruity perfume which I completely fell in love with when I first smelt it in Boots.

1. Lady Million by Paco Rabanne
Lady Million is definitely my favourite fragrance, it's just a classic. I'm sure you guys know what it smells like, and just like the male version, when someone walks past wearing it you automatically know what fragrance it is.

I hope you guys enjoyed reading this post, let me know in the comments what your favourite perfume is, do you have and love any of the perfumes I talked about?

Thanks for reading :)
